WEDDING PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• British wedding planner and coordinator. As part of the package you will receive a British wedding planner who will be with you from your first step down the aisle until the end of the night.
• An exclusive, reserved area of The Seaside Beach Club shoreline for your ceremony.
• Pre-wedding meeting with your coordinator and your wedding planner.
• Decorated ceremony location in your colour choice including white Chiavari chairs, floral archway and registrar table.
• Decorated bridal car with driver from your accommodation.
• Full TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) protection for your wedding. We are licensed by the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, License Number 5590.
• Advice and instructions on paperwork required in the UK in order to complete legalities.
• Return transfers to Marmaris with driver and translator to complete legalities.
• All costs incurred for Registrar (attendance and marriage certificates).
• Transfer to clinic for medical certificate (no examination or blood test required).
• Your British wedding planner translates the ceremony from Turkish to English, working alongside the registrar throughout.
• Presenting the documents to the local authorities and registration of the wedding locally.
• Professional photographer/videographer — including photos presented in an album filled with A4-sized photos, plus a flash drive of the wedding video and all photos taken.
• Flowers — bride's bouquet and groom's buttonhole.
• Glass of champagne for the happy couple and witnesses.
• Pick up and return transfers by minibus for all the guests.

Reception Package

Our reception package is available at an additional cost of £95 per adult (children aged 7–12 years are £40, while those under 6 are free), with a minimum of 20 guests. This package includes:

• Evening wedding meal — 3 course menu including salads and an elegant starter plate, a main course of your choice of meat or chicken, and dessert, all prepared fresh by our chefs.
• Unlimited local drinks (wines, beers, local spirits and soft drinks) for up to four hours.
• Beautifully designed wedding cake.
• Reception set-up with tables & linens, white Chiavari chairs, silverware, crockery and white linen napkins.
• Decorated meal tables in your chosen colour scheme.
• Professional DJ with full sound and lighting equipment.
• Professional photographer/videographer covering the reception.
• Videography to include filming the ceremony and reception, and a 3–5 minute short film, professionally edited with your choice of music.
• Return transfers by minibus for all guests.

Exclusive Beach Closing — £500

For parties of over 20 guests we can close the beach exclusively for your celebration, allowing your dinner tables to be set right beside the sand. Enjoy an unforgettable evening under the stars, watching the Marmaris sunset and dancing on the beach to music from our professional DJ. For smaller groups, or if you would simply prefer a private area elsewhere in the restaurant for your dinner, we can arrange that instead and this fee does not apply.
