This stunning villa, nestled in the heart of the renowned Kaya village countryside, is available for exclusive hire for your wedding ceremony and reception. It’s approximately a 15-minute drive from Oludeniz and Fethiye, 10 minutes from Hisaronu, surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards, offering a truly picturesque setting. The proximity to both Oludeniz and Hisaronu ensures convenience for your guests, while the villa itself provides a serene and scenic backdrop for your special day. It’s a romantic and idyllic location to exchange vows and celebrate your love.

Kaya Village House is located in Kayaköy, an ancient town in the Fethiye district with a history spanning about 5,000 years. This area is famous for its collection of ancient Greek houses, abandoned on the hillsides over a century ago. The house offers seven rooms, each furnished in one of four unique styles.

Once you step inside Kaya Village House, you’ll find it hard to leave. The property boasts several amenities, including a specially designed swimming pool, a Turkish bath, sauna, and steam room, all housed within its charming stone building. These features ensure guests enjoy comfort and relaxation amidst the historic ambiance of Kaya village.

WEDDING PACKAGE INCLUDES:

- - - British wedding planner and coordinator, As part of the package you will receive a British Wedding planner that will be with you from the start of the ceremony until the end of the reception.
    - Decorated ceremony location in your colour choice including white Chiavari chairs, archway & registrar table.
    - Full TURSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) protection for your wedding. We are licensed by Turkish Association of Turkish Travel Agencies License Number 5590.
    - Pick up and return transfers by minibus for all the guests
    - Pre-wedding meeting with your coordinator and your wedding planner.
    - Advice and instructions on paperwork required in the UK in order to complete legalities
    - Return transfers to Fethiye with driver/translator to complete legalities
    - All costs incurred for Registrar (attendance and marriage certificates).
    - Transfer to clinic for medical certificate (no examination or blood test required)
    - Translator – to translate the ceremony from Turkish to English.
    - Presenting the documents to the local authorities and Registration of wedding locally
    - Professional photographer/videographer – including photos presented in album filled with A4 sized photos plus flash drive of wedding video and all photos taken.
    - Flowers – Bride Bouquet and Groom Buttonhole

Reception Package Our reception package at the Kaya Village House is available at an additional cost of £85 per adult (children aged 2 – 11 years old are £45, while those under 2 are free). Decoration Fee : £500 (Up to 40 guests) This package includes:
