• British wedding planner and coordinator. As part of the package you will receive a British wedding planner who will be with you from the start of the ceremony until the end of the reception.
• Venue rental fee for both the ceremony and reception included, so Alesta Beach is exclusively private for your wedding.
• Decorated bridal car with driver, taking you from your accommodation to Fethiye Pier to board your bridal boat.
• A bridal boat (for up to 14 guests) from Fethiye Pier to Alesta Beach, delivering you by sea for an unforgettable grand entrance.
• Decorated ceremony location in your colour choice including white Chiavari chairs, archway & registrar table.
• Full TURSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) protection for your wedding. We are licensed by the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, License Number 5590.
• Pick up and return transfers by minibus for all the guests.
• Pre-wedding meeting with your coordinator and your wedding planner.
• Advice and instructions on paperwork required in the UK in order to complete legalities.
• Return transfers to Fethiye with driver/translator to complete legalities.
• All costs incurred for Registrar (attendance and marriage certificates).
• Transfer to clinic for medical certificate (no examination or blood test required).
• Your British wedding planner translates the ceremony from Turkish to English, working alongside the registrar throughout.
• Presenting the documents to the local authorities and registration of the wedding locally.
• Professional photographer/videographer — including photos presented in an album filled with A4-sized photos, plus a flash drive of the wedding video and all photos taken.

RECEPTION PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Our reception package at Alesta Beach is available at an additional cost of £110 per adult (children aged 2–11 years are £55, while those under 2 are free). This package includes:

• Guests are treated to a generous evening buffet, with fresh garden salads, a delicious spread of starters, and a choice of perfectly cooked meat, fish or chicken, finished with a colourful platter of seasonal fruit.
• Unlimited local drinks (wines, beers, local spirits and soft drinks) for up to 4 hours.
• Tables and table decorations for your reception.
• Reception set-up with tables & linens, white Chiavari chairs, silverware, crockery and white linen napkins.
• DJ & DJ equipment.
• Private music club reserved just for you and your guests — a nightclub atmosphere with stylish lighting where you can dance the night away beneath the stars.
